Bi-National Couple Elated About DOMA Ruling
After they were married in Washington State, Shawn and Jocelyn were unpleasantly surprised in March when Jocelyn was unable to return to the US from Mexico on her tourist visa. But now that DOMA has been overturned, the two look forward to reuniting and living in the same country again.
