New Tax Laws for Married Gay and Lesbian Couples
One of the benefits of the over-turning of DOMA is that now married gay and lesbian couples can file joint federal tax returns. Actually, now gay and lesbian couples are required to file joint (or married filing separately). If you're like me, you probably have a lot of questions about how to file your taxes for 2013.
