It Starts With A 'D', Aunt Mama
Tonight, I was talking to my 13 year old niece, Mackenzie. She was bringing me up to date on how she is spending her summer, the pool that she frequents and the many delights of Chinese take out. Then, she suddenly remembered that she was doing a thing tomorrow...Mackenzie: "Guess where I'm going tomorrow?"Me: "Ummmm, to an ashram to take a systematic course in ancient techniques of yoga and kriya?"Mackenzie, "No. It starts with a 'D', Aunt Mama. It has to do with teeth."Me: "A dungeon? You're going to a dungeon to get your teeth knocked out by a professional torturer?"Mackenzie: "No, Aunt Mama! I'm going to the dentist... sheesh!"
