SAN DIEGO, California -- Another Hillcrest CityFest has passed but thanks to local videographer GSO Productions, the 30th annual event can be re-lived on video.
The fun 3 � minute video is a compilation of clips taken throughout the day-long event on Sunday, Aug. 10, from set-up until the night time dance party that took over University Avenue.
