It's Back! The Versace Mansion is about to go up for sale, again.
The South Beach gay palace was
once listed for $125 million, but bids will start in September at just
$25 million. The 23,000 square-foot mansion is the scene of fashion
designer Gianni Versace's 1997 murder. It has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms,
a magnificent tiled 54 foot long pool and stunning courtyard.
Bidders must show proof of $40 million in the bank, to bid. September 17th is the big day!
