Thank You, Washington State Legislature!
Today, it was announced that the state legislature in Washington now has enough votes to pass a marriage equality bill. This will allow the equal treatment of gay and lesbian couples by the state in how they are recognized. It will grant them ALL of the rights that heterosexual married couples now enjoy.
