Sex toy reuse?

Is it squicky to reuse sex toys with a new lover? Lesbianfilter (but others, please weigh in if this seems relevant). I'm at the butch end of things. I have some lovely toys (expensive ones) that have been used with a former lover. Must I buy new ones for romps with the new femme in my life? I believe that they can be sanitized in the dishwasher, so this is more about whether suggesting them would be impolite and/or yucky.
