Basically, the economy still sucks, and we've all held onto our day jobs, but our groups are understaffed and we're overworked. O'Neill has been working 15 hour days, 7 days a week. No joke. Last Thursday, I billed 14.5 hours myself. It's sort of tough to manage a website when you're working those hours. Those hours also sap your creative energy.
