Coming Out on Social Media
Like a lot of you, I have a Facebook page. And also, like a lot of you, I get friend requests from people I knew long ago, from before I came out as a lesbian. Every time I get a new Facebook friend request from someone I went to high school with, I wonder what they know. Do they know I'm one of the most visible lesbians on the Internet? All it will take is about two seconds on my Facebook page to figure out that I'm a lesbian.
