Must-See LGBT TV 11/30 - 12/6: Documentary 'The Last One' premieres and more!

Grab the remote, set your DVR or queue up your streaming service of choice! GLAAD is bringing you the highlights in LGBT on TV this week. Check back every Sunday for up-to-date coverage in LGBT-inclusive programming on TV.
In honor of the 26th World AIDS Day, Showtime will premiere the documentary The Last One on December 1. The 70-minute documentary chronicles the history of The NAMES Project Foundation's AIDS Memorial Quilt using archival footage, interviews with the Quilt's founder Cleve Jones, "Hand Maiden of the Quilt" Gert McMullin and other early volunteers and panel makers to talk about the creation of the Quilt, giving hope and fighting back against a system that refused to act. The Last One: Monday, 8:30pm on Showtime.

This week, America's Next Top Model wraps up the 21st cycle and names a winner. This season saw the return of Miss J as a judge and included two out contestants, Will and Romeo. Will is still in the running to become the winner. America's Next Top Model: Friday, 9pm on CW.
Jon Stewart hosts the three hour A Tribute to Bruce Springsteen concert with a number of musicians covering Springsteen's hits. Elton John will be performing "Streets of Philadelphia." A Tribute to Bruce Springsteen: Friday, 9pm on PBS.
