Sad Neighbor: A Meme for the Masses

This is me with my neighbor, Ande.  She moved in next door last year and we ended up sharing the worst summer of our lives together as we both went through painful break-ups.  In the process, we bonded like sisters and are as thick as thieves.See?  Here we are: thick thieves who are fiercely loyal with mad love for each other:  As we both processed our broken hearts and moved on with our new lives, there were still bumps in the road - especially for her.  She has been struggling to overcome some hurdles and each time she seemed to be hitting her stride, something would happen to bring her back down into Bummer Town.  When I started dating New Girl, I introduced her to Ande and they fell in love. Since we make a fun threesome, Ande goes out with New Girl and I often.  One thing that New Girl and I noticed, though, is that Ande tends to be in a perpetual funk, spending a large amount of time talking about the woes in her life and generally being a Debbie Downer.  New Girl mentioned to me that she always had a sad face and the other night at dinner, NG snapped a pic of the typical look that we have been subjected to seeing on Ande's face lately:(That's fucking sad, isn't it?)NG, always attracting people with her positive outlook, energy, friendliness and charm, showed it to Ande so Ande could see the negative crap that she is putting out into the universe and try to make some changes.  I, on the other hand, thought it would be fun to start manipulating the pic and sending her shots of herself wearing and doing odd things to make her smile, or at least show her that a frown looks like shit no matter how you dress it up.NG and I got started today and here is what we came up with:Enlarging her boobs:Next, she got a bob hair cut and some nerdy glasses:  Nothing is sexier than a Geisha Girl, right?  WRONG! Pirates are usually full of swash-buckling confidence and chasing after booty.  Not this one:  She could be a singer in an 80's new wave band and it still won't make her happy...   Even just being girl with the unique ability to offer mustache rides doesn't excite her...I ask my readers, what can you do to make my sad neighbor smile?  Please use the above pic and add your own special touch to my "Sad Neighbor" meme.  I'll post them here and credit you, link to your blog or Twitter, and send them to Ande to see if they will make her smile.  SHARE THIS POST on your Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr... help me get the word out!Use the contact form on this blog to reach me, let me know you want to participate and I will message you back with where to send.  LET'S MAKE ANDE SMILE!
