It?s OK to Be Takei
George Takei has never missed an opportunity to speak out for equality. So when a Tennessee Senate committee advanced the legislation known as the ?Don?t Say Gay bill,? which would prohibit honest, healthy and age-appropriate conversations about sexuality in Tennessee?s classrooms, the Star Trek legend and HRC Coming Out spokesperson simply could not remain silent. So he took to YouTube to stand up for young LGBT Tennesseans.
