Watch: 'Trevor Project' LGBT Suicide Call Center Opens in Harvey Milk Camera Shop Now Owned by HRC

An LGBT suicide call center run by The Trevor Project opened yesterday in the former Harvey Milk Camera Shop on Castro Street in San Francisco, which is now owned by the Human Rights Campaign. The opening was meant to coincide with Harvey Milk's birthday, now Harvey Milk Day in California.
Activist and videographer Sean Chapin shot this video of the opening. Chapin writes that the speakers included Trevor co-founder James Lecesne, Harvey Milk Campaign Manager Anne Kronenberg, Oscar Screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, San Francisco Supervisor Scott Wiener and California State Senator Mark Leno.
